When is the campaign open?+−
Minting opens on 10 September 2026 and the deadline is 30 October 2026. Those two dates drive everything: minting, edits and the final freeze.
Is the NFT minted immediately?+−
Yes. Your NFT is minted once, at purchase. The deadline then finalizes and freezes its visual and metadata.
Can I transfer or resell my NFT?+−
Yes. During the campaign and after it, the NFT is a standard transferable token and can trade on secondary markets.
Can I edit my name, PFP or artwork after minting?+−
Yes. You can edit until 30 October 2026. Change your name, replace your PFP, or update artwork and briefs for Houses, Murals and the Flagship.
Who can edit after the NFT is transferred?+−
Editing rights follow the wallet that currently owns the NFT. If you sell it, the new owner can edit until the deadline.
What happens at the deadline?+−
Editing is disabled. The latest approved content generates the final visual and metadata, the assets are pinned to long-term storage, the final metadata URI is recorded, and the NFT is frozen. No second coat.
What can I submit for each tier?+−
The Name accepts up to 15 characters. The PFP Wall accepts your PFP image. Houses, Murals and the Flagship accept artwork, production files or a creative brief after minting through the owner interface. NFC may reject offensive, illegal or rights-infringing content and request a replacement before the deadline.
Is the wall on the website the real wall?+−
The website view shows where the names will be painted. The physical wall at NFC Summit 2027 will carry all 500 names.
What happens after the physical wall is painted?+−
Your frozen NFT stays in your wallet as the lasting record of your panel and position. Every holder also receives a post-event collectible featuring the completed wall. It is a new digital edition, not a change to your NFT.
Will the paintings remain after NFC?+−
Yes. The artworks are painted directly onto buildings at Unicorn Factory and are intended to remain visible after NFC. Previous works, including the XCOPY wall created with OpenSea and the Normies wall, are still in place.
When will the paintings be removed?+−
We cannot guarantee how long each artwork will remain after the event, and we currently have no scheduled removal date. NFC guarantees that the artworks will be installed and visible during the event. They are expected to remain afterwards, but future construction, renovation, maintenance, decisions by the venue or local authorities, or other circumstances outside NFC's control could eventually affect them.
Is my selected placement guaranteed?+−
Yes. The numbered position selected during minting is reserved for your NFT. The final execution will adapt to the wall's proportions, architecture and any on-site constraints. If a wall becomes unavailable, NFC will inform the owner and provide the closest equivalent.
How is my name selected and painted?+−
You pick a panel, or use FIND ME A PLACE. Before the festival opens, a sign painter hand-letters your name in marker. Ink colour and tilt are the painter's, not yours.
Can I choose my exact position?+−
Yes. All 500 panels are selectable. Positions go first come, first served.
What characters are accepted?+−
Up to 15 characters: letters A–Z, numbers, dots and dashes. Spaces become dashes. Block capitals fit the marker.
What's the difference between general admission and VIP tickets?+−
General admission gives full access to NFC 2027, all three days. VIP adds the VIP areas, priority access and the VIP program. Every ticket included in a tier is claimable from January 2027 through a wallet-authenticated claim — the owner of the NFT at claim time designates the attendees.
Why "ON THE WALL"?+−
Because that's where every tier ends up. 500 names, 50 PFPs, 4 houses, 2 murals and one flagship — minted onchain now, hand-painted on the walls of Unicorn Factory in spring 2027.
When and where is NFC 2027?+−
27–29 May 2027 at Unicorn Factory, Lisbon.
